Driver Biography:

At only 15 years old Luke Cooper already has 10 years of competitive experience behind the wheel. Luke began making laps on a kart on a small track in his backyard at 4 years old. For his 5th birthday Luke received his first racing kart. Luke won numerous events and titles in Karting over his career including the Junior Big Dog, Tri-State Series Big 3 Series and National Karting Alliance. Luke races karts on a limited basis still today. Luke spent 2 years on asphalt driving a Bandolero car picking up multiple wins at Charlotte Motor Speedway, Atlanta Motor Speedway and Anderson Speedway. Towards the end of 2018 Luke began to make laps in a 602 Crate engine powered Late Model provided to him by friend and sponsor Jeff Robinson. Luke continued to grow into the 602 Crate Late Model class where he spent the majority of his time behind the wheel of a brand-new machine in 2020. To date Luke currently competes in the 602 Crate Late Model and Limited Late Model ranks across the Southeast. Luke is a 3rd generation racer. His father Lee and Grandfather Tim were both accomplished Late Model racers. Luke's mother Morgan grew up in racing as well with both her father and uncle serving as racing officials. Luke is currently featured in the Dirt Trackin 2 game available for mobile devices.
